1. Scope and controller

This notice describes data processing when visiting the Gestora landing page and requesting commercial information from ATHIS CORE. The controller is identified above. Customer, user and invoice data inside the application requires the processing terms agreed with each company, separately from website inquiries.

2. Data and purpose

The form uses your name, business, email, plan of interest and message to send an inquiry. They are only used to answer it, arrange a demo and prepare a quote. Sensitive data, card details, passwords and certificates are not requested. Providing details is voluntary; without contact information we cannot follow up.

No additional marketing campaigns will be sent without separate authorization, and no automated decisions or visitor profiling will take place.

3. How an inquiry is transmitted

Clicking “Send my inquiry” submits your details to Gestora and saves a copy to handle your request and track delivery. An email is sent to the ATHIS CORE contact mailbox and a confirmation to the address you provided. The email provider delivers these messages. Form details are not sent to WhatsApp.

The separate WhatsApp link is optional. If you use it, that service processes the conversation under its own terms. Email providers and WhatsApp may process data outside Ecuador; providers and their scope are reviewed before publishing final terms.

4. Basis and retention

Your voluntary request allows us to handle your inquiry and requested pre-contractual steps. The proposed retention period for inquiries that do not become subscriptions is 180 days from the last contact, after which they are deleted from channels controlled by ATHIS CORE. When a subscription exists, necessary records are kept according to the contract and applicable obligations. Retention by external platforms depends on their own policies.

5. Cookies, preferences and technical logs

The website may use Gestora session and security cookies. Your light or dark theme preference is stored locally in your browser and can be deleted in its settings. The landing page contains no analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies. The server may log IP address, path, date and technical details for operations and security; form details are submitted only when you confirm sending.

6. Access, protection and recipients

Access to inquiries is limited to ATHIS CORE staff handling sales and support. The proposal is to restrict support accounts, review access and delete expired inquiries. Personal information is not sold. A valid request from a competent authority may be handled. Security of devices, email or WhatsApp accounts outside ATHIS CORE is not guaranteed.

7. Your rights and contact

You can request information, access, correction, deletion, objection, portability or restriction where applicable, and withdraw an authorization without affecting previous lawful processing. Email the controller with your request; identity will be verified proportionately and the request answered within applicable deadlines. You can also contact the Ecuadorian data protection authority.
