ATHIS CORE · GESTORA

Commercial terms

1. Inquiry, demo and subscription

This landing page allows information and demo requests; it does not charge payments or activate subscriptions automatically. ATHIS CORE reviews your needs and provides a quote with scope, final price, taxes, period and terms. Subscribing requires accepting that quote and arranging activation.

2. Prices and limits

Published prices include VAT. Annual prices equal ten monthly payments and are paid in one installment. Basic includes one user, one tax ID and 30 electronic documents per month. The allowance resets each service month and does not roll over. The proposal when it runs out is to retain history access and request a plan change; additional documents are not purchased without a quote.

From Starter, unlimited users and documents apply to one company/tax ID under reasonable use. They do not authorize resale, bulk automation or additional companies without agreement. Enterprise is quoted according to tax IDs, locations and setup requirements.

3. Available now and roadmap

Only available features explicitly included in the quote can be subscribed to. Point of sale and cash desk, receivables/payables, accounting, CRM, payroll, BI and integrations are planned and are not part of current delivery. Plans whose scope includes pending modules are marked Not available and only allow availability inquiries. This currently applies to all six complete plans. Future development has no contractual date unless agreed in writing.

4. Signature, migration and training

The customer supplies a valid electronic signature and correct business information. Signature purchase or renewal, file migration and training are quoted separately unless explicitly included. A migration requires agreeing source, formats, volume, scope and validation. Historical fiscal documentation is not changed or replaced by subscribing.

5. Proposed support terms

Support by email and WhatsApp Monday through Friday, 09:00–18:00 Ecuador time, excluding holidays. The proposed initial response target is one business day; it is not a guaranteed resolution deadline. Incidents are prioritized by operational impact. An SLA, out-of-hours coverage or dedicated onboarding requires an explicit agreement.

6. Renewal and changes

The proposal is to confirm renewals and the next period’s price in writing, with no automatic charges from this website. Plan changes are quoted before application and do not incur retroactive charges without acceptance. Customers with already-paid periods retain their contracted scope until expiry.

7. Cancellation and refunds

The proposal allows requesting non-renewal by email or WhatsApp before the next period. Duplicate or erroneous payments are reviewed for correction. For early cancellations, the proposal is to assess a proportional refund for undelivered service, deducting only additional services actually performed and previously accepted. The quote must define procedure, amounts and deadlines; no applicable customer rights are restricted.

8. Data when the service ends

Before closing an account, delivery or export of available information and subsequent data processing are coordinated. The quote must establish format, access period and deletion, considering applicable retention duties. Cancellation does not authorize destruction of fiscal documents or mixing data between companies.
